May 13th marks the end of International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW)! Join us for a fun workday at Carver Community Garden -- we'll be preparing the compost site and garden beds for the growing season! Some projects include processing food scraps, maintaining the outdoor worm bin and applying compost to garden beds. This workday involves lifting, bending, and squatting. Please let us know how we can accommodate so that you can participate.
